Missing internal USB header

According to the specification (http://downloadmirror.intel.com/22370/eng/DCP847SKE_TechProdSpec02.pdf) the  DCP847SKE / DCP847DYE should have an internal USB header, but on my unit there are no pins. (Identification numbers: G6YE3010025W / SA G80888-101)

We need another 70 pieces and we have to be sure that they have the header pins connected! What do we have to put on the order (like: Date of Manufacture after xx.xx.xx) to be sure?
